You are starting to sound as bad as me. Remember it is a truck and not a Lexus (my wife reminds me to be reasonable)

But if you felt the steering wheel shake or even if she felt it she would say there's something wrong

Oliver, as a general rule of thumb vibration at around 60 mph is wheel balance. Now with lug centrics make sure the wheels are torqued to the correct amount. Are you using wheel spacers?

brett no i havent thats why i am taking chris for a drive maybe he will feel it and we can start looking from there!

steve: i have gotten about 4-5 balances and the last 2 were road force balances. if it was anything like that the problem would lie in the tire. since it doesnt happen all the time i cant be sure its the tires. im hoping to find someone with 4.5" bs wheels and tires that they can swap me out for 30 min to drive around and see if the vibs are still there

I talked to an Alignment Tech I know and he said the if caster is off the the wheels will shake like a bad shopping cart wheel. On some roads it shakes and some it won't. Because as the truck leans it puts more or less weight on that wheel.

You will need to find a way to get the caster in spec. After my friend described the shopping cart scenario because the caster setting is off, it totally sounded like your problem.

He said it would also "pull at times" when the angle of the road changes and the truck weight shifts.

It sure sounds like your problem.

06Bluez is running TC UCA's and spindles with no vib issues. His caster is over 3* too. Im not thinking Caster has an affect on vibes. Only things I can think of, are:
Something was not tightened up right.
    Or the tires.

It is so hard to diagnose on here. I don't doubt you and hope you are right. It would be nice to be able to see and touch it.

I know that Firestone said they could not the caster right during a recheck and the truck had been fine. The wheel vibrated at times and tracked funny at times. It annoyed the crap outta me. So as I always do it went to the Dealer. They fixed it again.

I just cannot believe how sensitive these Toyotas are for even little thing. They just seem so damn high maintenance to keep them running smooth. They have no forgiveness to them.

so chris and i met up for trying to figure out my problem and he is almost sure its the tires, but not 100%.

this is a big favor to ask of someone but if they could, would i be able to go to your house so we could switch wheels and tires off your truck and put them on mine for a test drive?

this isnt a ordinary asking i know but would be greatly appreciated by me

shoot me a pm or just post up here in this thread for me!

    thanks
