BIG PROBLEM

    I can notice punctuation and spelling errors in every thread I read. The reason I don't say anything is because I feel people who do are so insecure they have to boost their ego by pointing out everyone else's mistakes.

    OP it sounds to me like something is wrong inside the case. The first time the actuator was changed I'm betting something inside the case was moved allowing it to shift and then over time it moved back to where it was and is blocking the shifting ability.

    OP hope you got your 4WD fixed. Mine was the front diff actuator same symtoms you described @ 16k. 45k since replacement no failures.
