Tonight I was slowly putting together my total chaos ucas and got everything together, started putting the zerk fittings in, 2 down, the 3rd one cracked off in the UCA...
The powder coating was on the threads and it made it a bit tough to screw it in, and applied too much pressure.
If I can't get it out tomorrow while I'm in the shop, worst case I'm going to have to Drill it out, use a tap, go one size bigger and get a bigger zerk.
Keeping my fingers crossed that I can get it out tomorrow.

LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS.

It's a little too late, but when I did mine I chased the threads. But don't go crazy. I think the holend my be tapered. Don't quote me on that part.

that's as easy as it gets. Pull the bushings out of the arm, drill progressively larger and larger holes into that until it crumbles away, then insert new one...easy peezy

I imagine any Napa or Autozone.
They are pretty common. you will need a pretty small one.

Good luck. It doesn't look like it will be too bad to fix.

I've always had good luck using them. I was a maintenance mechanic for a long time and had a lot of practice.

Buy a left handed drill bit and try it. Works better than ez outs.

Yep, my Norseman set that I bought for work had left hand bits. Often times the screw would come out before I switched to the extractor.

Just hammer another grease zerk on top of it.

Or do like mentioned, left hand drill bit and and easy out. I'd removed the bushings first just to prevent any damage or sworf getting imbedded in.

Yeah I got it fixed. Took a while. The EZ out thing broke off in it also. Pain in the ass but I drilled it out and got it in
