About a month ago, I noticed my Hankook Dynapro MTs starting to "bloom". For those of you that are unaware, blooming is when the chemicals that are placed in your rubber, to keep it from being brittle and cracking, begins to move to the surface of your tire. Once it is exposed to oxygen, the tires start to turn brown, or "bloom".

I called Hankook Tech Support, and spoke with a lady named Judi. The only reason I called was to ask them for their suggestion of how to clean the tires and what to do to prevent it from happening continuously. Before I even got to the question, she asked me how many miles I had on my set, to which I answered ~7,000. She had me drive to the dealer I purchased them from to have the tread measured. She was adamant that this never happens to their tires, even though the research I did suggested that it wasn't all too uncommon of an issue. Turns out I was still under warranty due to my tread length, and they sent me 4 brand new tires, which I put on today.

Hats off to their company. All I wanted was a suggestion and they gave me all new rubbers. Hats off, Hankook! You've got a customer for life. image.jpgimage.jpg

Loved my hankook MT's got 65,000 miles out of two sets of them. Started buying them bc of their price! Great tire great price! But this time when I needed tires they were only $20 cheaper than the BFG mt. So I went with the BFG bc I've never had a set and wanted to compare. HANKOOK MT=GREAT TIRE

I'm deciding between Hankook ATM or Toyo R/Ts. I really love Toyo so it's a tough choice. This makes it harder
