A guy at work is thinking about selling his '97 FJ80, he said he doesn't use it enough. It's the same color as yours Chan.... so tempted to take it off his hands but I already have the Tacoma, 4Runner, a garage queen DA9 integra no more room

 

Another of my favorites

 

Picked up some wheels off a first gen 4x4 tundra base model. Very similar to FJ cruiser steelies but in 16”. Should work for me. Have to decide whether to keep the old patina look or go battleship grey. Dunno.

 

Does that mean you're gonna be selling the land cruiser wheels? I'd bet they would look real sweet on a 1st Gen Tacoma...

 

If someone likes chrome, these are super clean.

Paint the Chrome wheels. Those keep the OEM Feel.

 

Tiny tires 265/75r16 but you get the idea.

 

Got some tars. 255-85r16. Too good a deal to pass up.

 

255/85R16 Installed today. Like em so far. Not any louder than the duratracs I have on my Tacoma. Now to remove the steps.

 

Took off the steps. Way better.

I also just noticed your LC has a Full float rear axle. I didn't know those were available.

 

Yeah 93+ have the full floater. One of the reasons I sold the 91 and got the 96.

 

Now I’m jelly of your rear diff AND front high pinion diff.

 

Trying to get it ready for San G. This one has been maintained pretty well. All I really need is a lift. Going with Dobinsons 2.5" variable spring package. Medium front and Rear.
