    Are they more reliable than the competition? Yes. Do they have the same reliability that Toyota is known for? No. I’ll take my friends 2018 TRD OR 4x4 for example. His rear tire locked up and had no idea why. This is a problem that’s also happened to several members on here. The leaky rear differential was also an issue with his. Toyota quality has gone down in all of its new gen vehicles and their unreliability is slowly catching up to the competition if we’re being honest

    I agree, the new gen of 1/2 tons look like catfish as well. I really like the zr2 and all the options from GMPP.

    They've tried copying the Tacoma but with little differences all over so as not to appear the the same body wise. Saw a few Rangers all one body color of diff colors with no chrome didn't look horrible. Still drive a taco.

    Yep still rather have a 3rd Gen Tacoma over any of these. I’m waiting on Nissan to drop their new Frontier design, if I’m not mistaken you can buy a 2020 Frontier with the new engine that’ll be used on the redesigned Frontier

    All manufactures want some of Toyota's share of the market so they try to copy without copying to much if that makes sense. No vehicle of mine stays stock period and I always make it look and perform better than when I got it.

    To be brutally honest this whole discussion is futile I’m sure most of us don’t plan on replacing what we currently own. At the end of the day it’s just a truck and a consumer is going to get whatever they like/can afford imho.
