    thanks all. Getting her ready for listing as soon as this crap is over. New roof and septic tank, bathroom updated, floors redone(not all), countertop/backsplash in kitchen, and new hot water heater. Need to finish some trim, and tile the entry, then I’m done.

    No, I have a bullet button currently. But I can't have an adjustable stock, pistol grip, and I forget if it's a flash hider or muzzle brake that is now banned too. I can get around this by installing a thing that makes my magazine be "fixed" so it only releases when you pull the rear take down pin. They make kits for it so it's super easy, but it's really stupid. If I don't do the fixed mag thing, I can't have anything on my AR that I described above. It has to be "featureless"

    I just bought this house about 2 years ago and I just got a new job that pays me very well. Also, I love the ocean too much to move right now. Really only reason I'm still here is cuz I got this house and it's less than a mile from the beach, and less than 2 miles from my surf spot.

    There's a lot of things I love about living here, and certainly a lot that I hate too. For right now though, I don't have enough on the hate list to really consider moving. Maybe after a few years at this job and get some more savings tucked away. Could buy a place 2x as big elsewhere for half the cost of my house now :rofl:
