I think the alternator change out on a 2nd Gen Tundra is worse. 6hrs...and I have a lift!

 

Last chicken wing contest I did was at 4Wheel Parts, and they used a dry rub over a marinade. They had that rub caked on there so thick it wasn't even barely edible. There were like 7 of us. It was just "see how many you can eat in 5 minutes" or something like that. I thought I had it in the bag. The first 3 guys dropped out after taking the first bite and spitting it out, the 4th got past one wing, the 5th got 2 wings, the first place winner was on like number 12 or 13 by the time I got to like 5 I think, and once I realized everyone else was out I stopped. Those things were the worst spicy wings I ever ate and I have eaten some seriously hot ones. So I won 2nd place, 50 dollar gift card, bla bla bla........so after I was there a while I decided to leave, I was there with some other members of the Maryland thread at their open house.

So the drive home is like an hour and half. I get about 15 minutes up the road and I thought I was having a heart attack. Apparently some of the rub was stuck in my esophagus and never made it to my stomach. I had water so I was able to wash that down. But now it was all in my stomach. Well that lasted like maybe 5 minutes and then I was in serious pain. I drove like that for another hour maybe to the point I was in so much pain and writhing in the seat that if I had stopped someone might have called 911.

So I get home and the first thing I do is start drinking milk!, Lot's of it. Nothing!!!!! Holy shit, I forgot it's Almond Milk! Not a dairy product. I am almost panicking now. Then I remembered, we had some little ice cream sandwiches. I ate like 3 of those suckers and the pain went away. About an hour later I went outside to remove the pin striping from the truck, it was hot and i was sorta bending over. I lasted like an hour and had to eat 3 more ice creams.

Never again. It's a young mans game now. This old guy learned his lesson. I mean, don't get me wrong, I still add Dave's Insanity Sauce to my large bottle of Crystal Hot Sauce to kick it up a bunch of notches, I am just no longer going to enter any contests like that.
