Long and miserable week at work.

floating on a different crew, and there ground hand is STUPID.. that is not something I say lightly and not be confuse with ignorant. the boy truly belives he is not only able but qualified to handle 7200/12470v because he read a book and seen a video or two and he trimmed trees and work with firefighters so he well rounded and has the skill set to work hot primary. He claims to be a CCO, but refuse to to follow signals, and dam near tore my arms outta socket trying to load a pole, I mean after all 2 months on the job and reading a 25 year old book and seeing a few youtube videos trumps guys with who have 7+ years in the trade. yea he actually believes it does , or at least makes him just as qualified.

4 people died in this trade last week, and 5 more where seriously injured. If this guy keeps it up he will join those numbers, because someone will take him at his word and put him up in the air between hot phases or between double circuits and get him cooked alive.
