I wasted a lot figuring it out, I’m not very good at carpentry work but was a great learning experience. Also saved about 3k over the quoted install price.

I have never went past 400 yards with my 556 AR. to many hills in Georgia. Your picture looks real good.

I did one like that in the basement of the last house we flipped. It was the grey wood though. We went with the heavy gauge click lock stuff with the long warranty since it might get wet. :)

Was super quick to throw down I really liked it.

I had three of those at the City of Atlanta and the operators hated them. So they stayed parked most of the time. They liked to keep them clean and used them mostly for parade clean up. o_O I thought they were a good machine and easy to work on.

It comes in a bunch of colors and textures. Got it at the local Home Depot. My neighbor swears by it, he has two teenage boys, two bully dogs at 120 lbs each and a poodle mix. They can’t tear it up and he did his almost 10 years ago, still looks new.

Not an issue here, says to leave a small gap though.

This was with my 6.5mm Grendel AR15. I haven't taken any of my 5.56 ar15s out past 300, yet.

10-4 my Brother just bought a 6.5 Grendel right before the winter set in. I am pretty sure it is still in the box until spring.

It's a fantastic caliber. Really good performance for plinking and, albeit anecdotal (in my case), for hunting as well. I have pics of internal damage, high shoulder on a 90-pound deer if anyone is interested. PM for pics, but be advised it is "graphic"

I agree, I have used one suppressed at night on hogs and I liked it but it was not mine so I had to give it back :angrygirl:
