    I almost did that with the carnival.. went and help out for the cheap bastard tried to not pay for... a polite word with the local deputy ended up changing his mind. and that killed the idea of me wanting to run off and join the carnival.

    but i would go on tour with a band doing the special effects and pyro...

    Question for y’all. What do you think about a set up like this? I am thinking about this for storage of all the cooking tools and needed supplies.

    @lilred95 Cody can also build a custom one

    It’s a pain trying to load & unload and keep everything organized when going to cookouts.
    @Mrprotaganist @Misplaced Nebraskan
    And maybe mounting a bedside on top also?
    Could slide out and work out of coolers when needed.

    I like the flat one better. I think it would keep me from overloading and losing track if I stacked too much stuff on top of each other.

    The storage I could see working well for storing things, but maybe split it in half, one side a drawer and the other half maybe being a slide. The issue I see with having the slide on top of the storage system is would there be enough room for the coolers to sit on top of the slide and still fit under the shell? Overall I like the idea

    It’s all the smalls that I want to organize better. I can only carry so many dry boxes. But could put coolers on top. It’s hard to stack stuff in the back with a camper but it keeps everything somewhat safe and dry.

    Not sure I would need to check and measure. I carry so much stuff when cooking and just want to be better organized. I have the enclosed trailer but the Tacoma want pull double trailers. :rofl:

    Time to get that I think 4D4 engine kit from that company here in SA (diesel) conversion done so you can pull both. :D

    No I think your idea can work it just depends on the height of the coolers, size of the drawers etc that I would be concerned with.

    Drawers sounds awesome! With wood they can be easily divided and modified to fit exactly what you need. Having the slide cover the entire bed could cover the drawers when open. If it’s not too much stuff, split side by side would be easier to work out of.

    If the drawer is boxed in, make it a chest on slides. End up getting six kitchen sized drawers in place of one big one.

    I like the ideal of the decked system. I would have one if my cooler would fit on it under my bed rack. I would need a taller bed rack for it to work. I do love my bedslide even with losing some bed space.
