I will see you your brisket, and offer up the 41oz tomahawk ribeye dry aged in the fridge for 3 days. Before I gave up and cook it

    20190625_163516.jpg 20190625_164032.jpg

Seasoned with my very own steak seasoning. A product that I developed and took to market and what I call a successful failure. Did well, but not well enough to support itself and the household when my day job downsized me.

    20190625_181309.jpg 20190625_181247.jpg

Seared all sides on a smoking hot cast iron skillet, then into a 400 degree oven for 7 minutes. And then rested in the same oven off for 10 minutes came out a perfect medium rare.. warm red center....

Was only able to eat about 2/3rds of this monster. So the rest will.cubed up and made in Bourbon Beef and noodles for tomorrows.dinner

Just meat... why spoil a good steak lol

If it was smaller I usually do roasted broccoli with garlic lemon butter and parmesan. And ceasar salad.

Keep your bed for coolers, you have the topper and dont have anymore room

Maybe just get some smaller boxes to keep in the trailer storage, make it strictly cooking incase it isnt with the taco :notsure:

This is all here say, I havent read any replys yet.

I quote an old buddy on this one.. "Cheers fuckers!"

What about when you sell the tacoma for a more capable rig, like a taliban tan tundra?

The cutting board is sized perfectly for the grill. If it doesn’t fit on the board then it won’t fit in my pit. When I get around to building my smoker, I’ll give you a call.

A little something every chance we get.
I'm going to be bold and jump on this, because a year ago as a newbie, I really thought about making shallow slide outs to always have a TTC C&C cooking option. But for what you and your trailer are capable of, I am even more supportive. I thought about putting one of those flattop grilles on a slide, with spring legs, so that it pops out when you pull it out, and collapses when you reload. Table for work on the other side. Same deal.
    I think it's a killer idea sir!

Tundra rocks for towing! MPG is not that far off from a lifted Tacoma.

Don't test drive one, you will take it home with you.
