Old ladies who still work for the government are the reason why the government sucks. Dear lord. We’re doing these 3 ladies a favor in HR and payroll to help get them training on a system that they are supposed to be using on a daily/weekly basis (because they didn’t go to the first training whenever that was). But now they don’t want to be flexible and want to bitch about having to take time off from their regular duties to get this training (that THEY requested). Boy if I was my boss I’d tell them to schedule it their damn selves. It’s not in scope of our project and we’re not paying for it anyways.

Fire those diversity hires. They're obviously not good at their jobs.

They’ve probably been here forever. They can’t get fired cuz local government. Job security at its finest there. Best part, the one in HR doesn’t even have a backup. So if she gets hit by a bus there’s no one who knows what to do lol

 

I don't mean second chances, just a chance to identify weaknesses and work on them for when you repeat your senior year.
