I read an article today that said the governor here in MI may be overstepping he authority and breaking our constitutional rights.

I hope the Texas government comes up with a resolution. Everyone in this thread for the most part agrees with social distancing but by the looks of it, that isn't doing shit here in the Valley where I live. Everyone is compliant with the curfews and there's still 8 cases in my county

That's because of increased testing and the way the virus spreads without people knowing they're infected. Last i checked we had 19 cases in my county and 9 in my town. That was a few days ago, so I'm sure it's at least doubled.

 

That’s going to happen no matter what I believe. Just have to do our part to stay safe. I think some of them are taking things too far though.

 

What's pissing me off is that the local county government here is hiding it. 5 of the 8 cases were rumors but after so much evidence the county had no choice but to confirm it

 

Lame, but no sense causing a panic over 8 cases. They should have notified the public sooner, though.
