Chemex this morning. This coffee smells like strawberry jam. It’s so good.

 

That looks like WAY too much work. Then again I’m not a coffee person.

 

It’s more work than a regular drip pot, sure. But it’s really not that much work. My pour over method is pretty simple. It’s only 2 pours. First one is 60g of water and then ya swirl the brewer. Let bloom for 45 seconds then pour to 300g in 30 seconds and then to 500g in the next 30. Damn delicious.
