BigDaddy’s Buzzed Shop Builds, Beer, Smoking BBQ, Grilling, Cake an BS

HAHA I use a paring knife to stab a bunch of holes in it (very therapeutic btw) .. and add 20-30 whole cloves into a pork shoulder and then just a salt and pepper rub.. I started out 50/50 on the S&P but now its more like 70/30 Pepper to salt. When it's cooked and mixed all together.. it's got that garlic and black pepper bite that's freaking amazing!

 

@DC 17_3 When I was at the City of Atlanta, I had an Ambulance come to the shop inside covered in Blood. back story was they had a guy on the gurney that had been shot gang related. Another gang member climbed up in the ambulance on site and asked the EMT if the patient was "going to live" and the EMT replied "probably" at that time the guy that climbed into the Ambulance proceeded to unload his pistol into the patient in front of the EMT and then he jumped out of the Ambulance and took off running. I had to call HAZMAT to clean the Ambulance before we could repair it.

Doing good just got back from town finishing a cup of coffee and heading to the shop.
How is work going?

 

That's insane! In my area we get a Sheriff Deputy dispatched with us to every call.

 

Sounds like a great show! I’m down for getting a little rowdy at a concert. That’s why they put me on barricades or pit control when I do security.

 

They do here to but that guy followed the ambulance to the hospital and that’s where he finished the other guy off. I left that part out

 

I've seen that happen in the helicopter world where they call their buddies in the next town were the patient is being flown to in order to finish them off.. but luckily never seen that crap first hand.
