    Swiggity swangin' biggity bangin'
Cooked some HEB Killens brisket for dinner. Pretty impressive.

Going to go to bed early I think. Between work and helping the wife make masks, I'm wore out.

Until someone told me yesterday evening that Easter was Sunday, I had no idea.

You can never go wrong with potatoes. One of my all time favorite foods.

    Uh oh. Potential for hail?

Nah just all the starch coming out of the taters. :) I do red potatoes cute up coated in olive oil, sea salt and parm cheese then roasted. Some of my favorite potatoes.

Yeah they were really good! Baked them at 450 for 35 minutes then lo broiled them for 5... I could've made em a little crisper but still good

I guess they take our temperatures everyday and ask us three questions before we can go in.... this should be fun.

Yep we got 2 sets of it. Thankfully only golf ball size. They called for baseball size right before the storm hit.

Stand next to a heater before you go in. Will they send you home? I mean do lie and say you’re sick just warm yourself up. :)

Lol, we thought about that. I'm guessing they would send you home if you have a fever or answer a question wrong...I dunno, this will be interesting.

I may very well get myself fired, hopefully not but I dunno if my patience is any better yet.... ten hours left for me. I'm mentally not ready to go back at all but gotta earn some more pto and money.

I'd like to have the recipe please. I eat pop tarts but they're loaded with sugar so it's more of a treat every once and a while.

I bet I could use these to make them too.

    https://maries.com/products/blueberry-glaze/
    https://maries.com/products/strawberry-glaze/
    https://maries.com/products/peach-glaze/

I found these one night looking for fresh strawberries to make margaritas. I was initially drawn to them because of the low sugar/carb content.

I use about a heaping tablespoon with a couple fresh strawberries and they're great. I've used the blueberry for pancakes.

I bet they would be killer in some homemade pop tarts.
