    This is the recipe I used. Was fresh pie crust but the store bought ones would be good too. I may have to try the glaze. The frosting on them is very sweet. Now one change I will make when we do them again (we will make again way better than store bought) is I will pop some holes in the top before baking. There is no way for it to vent so they puffed up more than I would like. Not a bad thing but made a hole with no preserves in them.

    I’m hoping to make some homemade preserves this year and those would be even better in it. All 3 of us really liked them. :)

    Yea, forget foil. Parchment is the way to go. It's so slick you have to be careful with any type of flat pan without sides. I've almost lost some things moving too quick. You can even use it to line a pan for casseroles or breads.

    Oh, and Unicorn Dust on those taters is the shiznit!
