    I posted pics of the T bone I cooked today. Wife said 'did you put any salt on it?. I looked her straight in the eyes and said yes. Well, it was On Point, it has salt, right? I handed her a salt shaker, she said it's not the same if it;s not cooked with salt. Then she shook a tiny bit of salt on her steak and says that's really good. Wimmin!!!! :angrygirl:

    Flat came off just after 5p after around a 9hr cook. Turned out pretty dang good for being my second time with brisket(last time was a full one).


    Side of potato salad for and dinner was great!

    Pork but is still cooking. 15deg to go around 12.5 hrs into the cook.

    I have to agree with your wife. I salt brine all my steaks for two hours at least, then put the On Point on before grilling/smoking.

    Is that what your are seeing, or just out of focus? Maybe both at this point.:notsure:
