Have to buy my tags for the truck, camper and trailer this month. I’ll probably grab one in a couple months when they do the next sale on them. I want to get the billows also for the stick burner and try it out.

He is an amazing and generous person. I wasnt gonna take anything home with me but ended up taking some beans to my mom. I guess it was kinda payment for watching my dogs over the past few nights while I was out there. She like beans a lot so she appreciated it!
You'll just have to come out for the next big one! He'll send ya home with some.:D
I was tired. All worth it though! I was doing better later in the day after a few more beers.:D:drunk: I had some leftovers I saved from my lunch portion last night while we were sitting around chatting and drinking. Such a great time!

    glad you are ok!

I worked with a guy who get so into what he was doing he would let his blood sugar drop. I always had some fruit with me when I knew I was working with him... Many times I had to tell him to eat it because I could tell.

It's good to let some people know who you are around so they can look out for you. That can be scary. Again, I'm glad you are ok!!!

3 meat probes and 1 air probe come with it. You could of course purchase a single meat probe for like $10 I think to make it 4.
I tried getting my buddy to get one but he wants the billows also. I told him if he buys it now the billows will only cost him $20

Sounds like a good setup. I would want the air prob and 3 meat probs is what I think would be a good number. I'm a sucker for tech and that app look fun to have and reference/monitor.

I figured you'd probably had it. Kass usually gets a business trip to Carlsbad once a year so we bring the Dometic and stock up for the year. We found some decent local tri tip in Reno but nothing matches the consistency of the Cardiff goodness.
