@SuperBad We were talking about the fridge & power draw at the meet.

Had no issue starting the truck after running it all day.
More importantly, if I remove the center divider, I can hold 3 of those 1/2 trays with a layer of beer/water bottles standing upright at the bottom.

That’s not your fault, that’s the tray’s fault.

Maybe you should get a few of the “bread loaf” size ones? Or bend the half size ones to fit!

Made brisket mac ‘n’ cheese with rice shells, a whole milk béchamel, and extra sharp cheddar. Added a pinch of cayenne and a dollop of dijon mustard to intensify the richness of the cheese sauce

I actually just got over the stall. Check the fancy schmancy graph out! I was stalled around 150, it even dropped down to 147 before riding back up.

I'm planning on looking for some smaller ones that fit my smoker better so I'll try and make sure they fit my fridge also. Or build a new smoker and buy a new fridge.:anonymous::spending:
Looks great. I've been enjoying adding shredded pork to Mac and Cheese.
Before I started I thought my patience would make me hate smoking. I'm glad I've been enjoying it and the wait hasnt bothered me. That temp graph is cool!

How did you make your béchamel? Replace the provolone with sharp cheddar or just add cheddar to it also?
