Had some delicious pulled pork from @Bigdaddy4760 recently!

 

They pretty neat now that I got wifi and can use them. Probably get another 4 block set soon. I have a thermPro also in the pit comparing the readings. Need the mad scientist @bvbull200 out here on a start to finish cook.

We replaced a useless sink in our kitchen with one when the granite countertops went in. Cut out the cabinet underneath.....it's pretty aweet.....

 

Just pulled the beans, sausage and boudin balls have them in the warmer

I had to have a stuffed pepper jack cheese boudin ball

 

This makes me feel like I'm not using pulled pork right. Nothing I add it to looks close to that!

 

Recipe able to be shared for these? And Bryan's pit seems to be working just fine! LOL
