Once the design/size is figured out I'll have to figure out how I'm gonna get it home. Might be to big for the bed of my truck with the swing out and not sure I'll want to lift it outta the bed when I get home. Thinking it might be smarter and easier to borrow/rent a trailer.
Not for me. Needs to be 10°-20° warmer for me to be happy. Under 40° is colder than I care for. I bet this afternoon would be ideal temps to me.

 That could work. Bigger than needed but would get the job done and make it easy to load/unload.

Maybe some mods might help this smoker. Saw your later posts, Maner built sounds like a good plan.

We've talked about it a little and plan to sometime. Was going to take it over before he went back to work this time but we were too busy with other stuff and I didnt want to make the time to work on it. Once my bumper build is outta the way it will be easier to devote time to improving the pellet. I'm pretty sure even with him working his magic on it I'll probably still think its a pc of junk. Getting better temp control will help but wont fix the overflowing of the fire pot and snuffing itself out or the random errors it has causing it to not run. 1/2 the time I try and use it that happens and just pisses me off when I have to spend the next 1-2hrs just to get it running again.

Sigh... pulled over again on the bike today. This time got 2 fix-it tickets. 1 for the plates, 1 for my exhaust. Fuck the California DMV. Would have no tickets if that useless department would be efficient. Called them earlier this morning and they’re TEN weeks behind on mail transactions. They haven’t even finished June and I sent my stuff in July. So I won’t be riding the bike for probably a good month at least now.
