    Yup I was there. If I hadn’t gotten anything by January, I was going to just quit. Now I do half the work I used to, and get paid almost 50% more and have absolutely zero stress, a great boss, and good coworkers.

    I am conflicted right now because, as much as i'm happy for you...i also hate you:D:rofl:. Most of my coworkers are great though and are the reason I'm still here. If my sup leaves i'll quit. He can tolerate my bs and understands i can be an ass but know how to get the job done everytime.
