    Lca and uca bushing, lca uca balljoints, new inner and outer tie rods should do the trick.
    Your better off getting new oem/oem like replacement lca and uca instead of pressing out/in new components from a price and time perspective.

    Yes with how tight the steering you may wanna also replace the front shocks. Tire load rating has a big effect on ride quality any E range or 10 ply on a small truck will ride stiff.
