    Kurt I get asked this a lot. Don't but this you want be happy with it. For what you and Carol cook save your money and get a pellet rig. Cant go wrong with one of them. You like to research stuff start looking at the pellet poopers. You know I am old school stick burner but think the ones that I see around Lowes, Home Depot, Acadamy's and such are junk. They still make the OK joe but it's made out of .009 steel like a 13ga material. Watch Craigslist aslo. Lot's of smokers on there for sale.
