    Nah, soak the shit out of it, scrub the shit out of it, then shop vac is the best you can do.

    I baught a truck when I was kid that the previous owner had one of those wire haired ankle bighting mo fo's.

    The entire seat and carpet was embedded with this hair. It just laughed at a shop vac.

    Ended up spraying it down with water and fabric softener. I was able blow the hair free with compressed air. Vacuumed up the rest. The results were amazing. Took a week to dry out completely.

    Everytime it got wet, it smelled like Downey. Considered it a win.

    1. Remove seats and tape up any electrical harness plugs
    2. Soak carpet with degreaser and scrub with a drill mounted brush
    3. Vacuum all the dirty water off then soak the carpet with clean water
    4. Vacuum all the clean rinsing water off and leave the doors open so it can air dry
    5. Remount the seats and connect all of the electrical plugs and harnesses


    Edit: degreaser is diluted with water at a 2:1 ratio
