Mornin' Curt. I like cooking and love eating. Homemade and gourmet is great. It's both challenging and rewarding.

However, there's a lot to be said for cutting corners and reusing leftover or speeding things up with prepared foods.

It's almost always more difficult than starting out with raw, fresh ingredients.

In the end, if your belly is full and it tastes good, that's all that matters.

This reminded me I have 2 lbs of EZ peel shrimp in the freezer.
