    With a 05 PreRunner V6 TRD off road, and a 3 inch lift, what is the biggest tire I could go with without trimming or any modifications?

    This is the largest tire that can clear 99% of articulated movement. Even though you raise your truck, your fender well opening size doesn't change, so when you stuff your tire under compression, ^^^above are the largest tires that will clear.

    If you do some super minor trimming, seriously, like 15 min with a cut off wheel on your cab mounts and a welder to close off what you cut, you can stuff a 285 tire.

    Some bilsteins, OME 885's, and an AAL.
    Zero trimming. Would probably be 265/75/16. Minimal trimming would be 285/75/16.
