Haven’t looked to be honest. Not running mudflaps so I’ll have to take a closer look. In the 6 months I’ve been running them and close to 10,000 miles, it’s only rubbed 2x.

Biggest compliant, is mpg drop, but boy do the tire/wheel combo look much better than stock. Worth it :p

Lifting only voids the warranty on the parts you use aftermarket. Look up Moss Magnuson Act

Your overall warranty is unaffected by putting a lift on unless the dealer can directly tie the issue to the lift. They are obligated by law to prove what they claim. They can't just say your warranty is void because of X. Read the last sentence under remedies, which is why they generally don't stupidly deny things...

@ksj thanks for that I’ll read through. The issue here lies on the TSS. I have a 2018 so too high a lift will give me error messages and disable the system. I can only imagine the distance they’d go through to make it look like that had something to do with it.

You can take it to a dealer and get the TSS re-calibrated after a lift. Lot's of folks with '18's have.

Im curious because I run the exact same wheel tire combo, and have been for about 23k miles. Never once had it rub on anything on or off road.

Wrong, sorta. They can deny whatever the hell they want, when they want, with no proof. Now if you then want to take them to court, then this act comes into play.

lol, I guess if you're going to let them run over you then they will. I'm not afraid to contact an attorney if I know I'm right, and I have the $ to pay until they have to pay my costs. And I tell them up front that if I have to get an attorney involved then they will be paying for that as well or whatever they offer isn't enough. I'm completely reasonable about it, no yelling and screaming. I would make them give me their reason in writing. If they refuse, as they certainly can, it won't look good for them in court and they know it.

You pretty much just agreed with what I said, that it would have to be handled in court.

I'm saying it will never get to court if you have a valid claim. And if you let yourself be bullied you will always lose whether your claim is valid or not.

Their attorneys are not stupid. If you have a valid claim they will back off and take care of it. If you do not you shouldn't have tried in the first place.

So I think it rubs on the front plastic mud guard. I could be wrong, but a quick visual look, I didn’t see anywhere else that looked like where the tire has rubbed.

@ksj good to know about the recalibration, i wasn’t aware that that’s a possibility. I see your point regarding fighting a claim in court, but i honestly don’t wanna have to go through the aggrivation of something like that. Besides I’m not in a rush to lift, I’ll wait the 3 years then lift it later.
