From my experience, I'm going to guess the answer to this is a resounding NO, but just in case...

Has anyone found a bed cover and mountain bike tailgate pad that work well together? I'd love to have both on the truck at the same time. I don't even have the Tacoma yet (apparently it's on a train now).

On my F-150, I can "almost" make it work with a Dakine DLX and Truxedo X15, but only almost. May try moving the cover as far forward as possible.

I don't expect any solution to be watertight.

    Tacoma is a DCSB.

Currently looking at the RaceFace/Fox tailgate pad, but would do something different if needed. Bed cover would be some kind of vinyl roll-up.

It'll probably be a lot easier to quickly install/remove tailgate pad on a Tacoma with smaller/shorter tailgate (relative to F-150) at least....which I'm guessing is going to have to be the solution.

Thanks for any suggestions if there does happen to be a setup that works.

Nope. Closest I've come was with a RaceFace T2 and a trifold like the Extang because the hooked levers that hold it down in the back are spring loaded.

It technically worked, but because air got under it so easily the tonneau looked like it was going to fly off on high bridges/when it was windy.
