The cvs looked a little stretched out after eibach/5100 so when we did the diff drop and they looked pretty close to factory. So i guess we did not need them but they made a big enough of a difference that i am glad we took the extra 10 minutes and 15 bucks it took to install them. That kind of time and money was worth it considering how much new cvs are.
    Not bashing just my opinion.

Thanks, I have 5100's (.85) with eibach springs and a 2" AAL in the rear. It's dropped from the weight of the Leer topper so it is about ~1.5" lift for the rear. The tires are 265/70-16 Michelin M&S2's.

Had the diff. drop on my truck got a really bad pulsing (wah, wah, wah) sound i could hear in exhaust and feel in my steering wheel, worst in 5th gear. Had the drop taken off today and it helped it some but it's still there. No idea what is causing it but I also have some vibrations as well, so just check into everything after you have it lifted. I have the eibach coils and 5100s set at .85 and the icon 1.5" aal in the back. It looks awesome!! but i really wish I could get rid of the vibes and pulsing

Left it in, I don't have the TSB, and it brought it up where its got just the right amount of rake between the back and front.
