I want to install bilstein 4100's on a 2008 4runner but the stock front springs are hammered. No lift wanted.

How do I go about choosing the correct spring? Any suggestions? I just want to maintain the factory ride quality. No off roading.

here is an in depth guide for 4th gen suspension options. A simple answer would most likely be some moog oem coils off rock auto. GL OP

After more research and not much advice here or on 4runners.com.... I've decided to go with KYB front shocks that come with springs already mounted.

And I will go with rear KYB shocks, too. Now the question is what rear springs should I choose? Because KYB doesn't make rear springs. One guy told me to go with Moogs, but I'm worried about ending up nose high because I've read reviews that say Moog rear springs sag and the KYB front coilovers lift 1-2 inches over stock.

I've not yet looked at the link you posted. But I will tomorrow. Thanks for posting it!

Unfortunately 4runners.com doesn’t really seem to have the community like TW. T4r is my go to for any info and people are more responsive there. I have the xreas and cannot wait to swap that ridiculous set up out! Toyota should give an option with fox/icon/king struts for the price of the xreas system! Cheers
