Question: Is it lunacy to place a set of 5100's (set at the first incremental raised height setting) without changing out Springs ...... in order to improve the rake angle (vs putting spacers on)? If so, would it hurt to put 4600's on the rear (understand that the 4600's ride a bit smoother than the 5100's). I know that the rake angle won't be totally eliminated in that scenario ..... but I am assuming that it will be slightly improved over stock. Again, does placing the 5100 at the first incremental raised height require any other changeout (ex. replacing OEM Coilovers) ?

You can retain your OEM spring at whatever clip you use.

OEM 4600 is a bit crap than running 5100.
I would just spend on the 5100 or 5160 in rear.

Sure, why not? OP, you can def put stock coil springs on 5100’s to raise up the front a bit

I was planning on purchasing new 4600s for the rear ....... vs. the pre-existing OEM rear shocks. So new 5100 adjustable(s) on the front ..... new 4600s on the rear.
