    ALL OF THEM!...Then some more.
It's a great starter lift. But not for a prerunner.

4wd, skids, bumper and a winch. That's what is recomended with these coils. Not a stock truck. Not a truck with a bumper either. All of it.

I can say I got these when stock. It sucked. The plate bumper helped. The winch helped more. And then the skid did it. Rode okay after that but then the shocks blew out because they are cheap.

Real coilovers aren't terrible to service and don't need it often especially if all you really do is visit the mall.

The difference in ride quality is massive compared to a name brand coil over and a simple billy or OME one. It's well worth the money imo. And if you're smart and realize 3" lift is well...stupid for these truck and keep it around 2". It'll ride great and make your big tires look bigger.

Haha. Yeah sounds good mang. Not sure what ima do. Coilovers sound nice. We'll see. I think for now I'll try the ome coils and lower the rear to match. And start saving for coilovers. Kinda what I had in mind to begin with anyways with this lift. To hold me over until I do delve deeper. Thanks btw. You guys keep puttin out and I appreciate it;) I'll report back in after I get my bumper. Just gonna wait till then to change things up. Gotta get a few other things like brakes all around too. So not ready to spend any more for a while. At least my truck doesn't feel like it's falling apart now. Bilsteins themselves seem good tho compared to what I had.

It took mine like a month to feel better, then i removed the swaybar and it rides and handles like a stock truck

I would have kept the stock wheels but the tire rubbed the control arms.

Yeah I did that when I installed the lift. Don't notice a lot of difference. But that's due to the coils being so stiff. I'm sure if it was ome or something I'd notice a lot more body roll. But I've tried taking a roundabout a lil fast and it didn't hardly lean at all. Ha.

My rear end feels pretty good tho. Seems a little stiff. But eliminated my vibes, as well as axle wrap. Goes over speed bumps smooth. I really need to take it off road soon and see how she does. I feel like she's gonna be bouncing when crawling over rocks. The few I can with 2wd anyways. Ha. Mostly trails and stuff that I go on out here. A few obstacles here and there that require a little more irking. I feel like she wants to loosen up a lil. As I said drives good on my dirt road and it is ROUGH. Dips/ rocks/ruts/bumps/sand. It just doesn't like speed bumps. We'll see when I take her out...

It will break in, I have a half mile dirt driveway I have to drive on every morning thats riddled with pot holes and it rides smoother then my wifes 16 rav4. I can haul ass down the driveway and not chringe as i hit every pot hole but the rav4 doing the same speed feels like your going to blow a strut or break a control arm.

Mine are set to 2.75 right? If so how do I go about moving the snap rings down to 0? (Sorry for needing to be treated like a 16 year old, I'm new to this l)

Yeah looks like it, bring the snap ring down by using a snap ring pliers or using a screw driver

If you haven't got any ring pliers you can get by with a flat head screwdriver and patience.

But those pliers are a hell of an investment for $20ish bucks

    Stuff
Just grab it with needle nose pliers on one side of the gap and pull out/down. Just work around the ring until you get it down to the desired height

Can't decide on coils.. Really don't want to go with Eibachs so thinking of going with OME 882 or 881? Need help deciding! Should be getting my lift in January hopefully.

You're 2wd? Plan on running a winch or plate bumper? If so 882's if not 881's

Mine is a 2wd and I don't plan on running a new bumper or winch anytime soon. I'd like to achieve 3 inches and it's a v6.
