well they are already a heavier coil then stock..so i just can't imagine it would make for a great ride..i mean..might as well have just got the 882s.

im hoping to get the lift up to 2 inches, on the website the 881 were rated for 1.75-2", to be honest i would just like to get between 2-2.5 inches, without preloading my shock, or going up to 3 inches with the ebiachs

Id go 882s as they give about 2.5'' of lift.

but the only issue is they say that you shouldnt run an 882 without a heavy bumper or whinch which is my only concern for a bad ride quality? what do u think? my only concern is i dont want to deal with all of the issues that the 3 inch lifts have to deal with such as alignment and cv

well considering i ran the Eibachs with no bumper or winch and they are a longer coil and have a 120lb higher spring rate..i can't imagine it would be that bad. My bumper did help smooth it out a bit tho. But i never thought it was horrible before it.

well as the saying goes, you gotta pay to play. any mods that you do to major components of the truck will always require lots of maintenance. thats the name of the game

im leaning towards the 882s right now, now i just need to find a rear set up to match the 2.5 inch up front with the 882, ill probably get a 1.5 progressive aal from wheelers, hopefully wont have too much rake

That would be a great choice IMO would sit close to level actually. will kinda depend on how saggy your stock leafs are.

because they are made from a thicker coil thus making them more stiff.

I honestly don't see a problem with it. if anything you'll be a tad higher then 2.5'' for a while till they settle.

are you not thinking of a bumper??

i am, i just cant justify spending 800 on a bumper when my stock one isnt damaged at all, so i might as well save my money since i am still in college

hopefully i shouldnt run into any issues with the cv angles, at just 2.5" of lift in front

how much lift do the eibachs give? i have them on the middle setting and think the ride is pretty stiff, would i still be able to run my 33's at the 0" setting with my coils?

Holy shit dude you should NOT NOT NOT NOT be running this coils with them at any setting but 0!!!

Get that fixed ASAP man. your literially killing your CV joints. You porbably have like 4-5'' of lift right now.

at 0 they give 3-3.5'' lift depending on if you have a bumper or winch or not.

Yes you can fit 33s on 2'' of lift man, just needs a bit of trimming.

get that fixed soon man..and drive gingerly till you do..
