    are those measurements stock height?

    I had to do some digging. i knew i wrote it down some where. My eibachs gave me 3 1/4" of lift. Dont have my starting stock saggy measurments.

    No, thats where it sits now. Im debating weather I should put the Eibachs on now or wait until I can lift my rear a bit more.

    install them..theyll only settle a little bit but you should come out leveled

    i have put 3.5" lift in front of my truck. want to do diff drop as well, but i am looking at my front end and i do not know how the diff can drop that far (1 ") without hitting the engine crossmember? do i have something bent??? please help!

    i have a 1" diff drop and its really close to the crossmember. also my skid plate is a bitch to get on now

    What kind of lift is on there? Do you have after-market UCAs or are they stock?

    And you're fine. A diff drop is pretty much just spacers between the 2 front mounts and the crossmember they bolt too, which means that a diff drop actually rotates the diff forward a bit. You can't drop the rear of the diff because (like you saw) the crossmember is to close to it.

    Very true. I bought full skids from Savage Offroad. Their IFS skid works with a diff drop. You can see one of the diff drop spacers in this photo. The clean silver puck just to the right of the alignment cam.

    i am suffering with a spacer lift for now with stock uca's. it put it up about 3.25" and has been running along fine when on the ground. but when i put it up on the hoist the cv's bind. am going to buy this eventually ( ) when the money tree in the backyard grows:eek:

    Nice looking setup. The 550lb coil sounds a little light though.

    i have no front end accessories though. (as of now:()i talked to the sales guy and he said it can handle more if you crank it up. he said he personally has a taco with a winch and arb bar and no prob(allegedly). [​IMG]

    after the coilovers come leafpacks. am going to get new geolander m/t tires installed next week on black steel wheels

    Good points about having no extra front end weight and the adjustability. I just felt like my 620lb coils were a little soft when I also had no added front end weight. :notsure:

    pretty stiff with no weight up front but still a really nice ride untill you hit a hard bump haha

    Agreed. Seems almost ocean like over the slow bumps. Which may be why I get the feeling the front coils are too soft. Just the valving of the 5100's perhaps?
