Good Morning TW....I recently installed adjustable 5100's on my truck and for some reason I had some issues with the top bushing. After driving for about 6 months I started to hear clicking. I tried tightening down that top nut and its as tight as possible but the bushing and washer still spin. im thinking that bushing compressed somehow. Any body have any ideas? After talking with Downsouth who sold me the struts they're saying Bilstein wont warranty the issues. Does anybody sell one adjustable 5100?

    Thanks for your help.

my family's moving across the country in the next two weeks and Id like to get it fixed before I pull my trailer.

    Thanks,

    Brandon

Shit bolted onto other shit, and junk.
If you tightened them down to bottom out and can still spin the bushing then you left out some parts. You can order a brand new bushing kit or if you still have stock ones for reuse. They pack down when instled properly. Send me your email and I will send you some pics of proper bushing sequence. Jsabat506@gmail.com

I don't think your clicking is the strut, it is more than likely the top threads popping inside the top hat.
