there is no 1 inch setting on 5100s for the second gen.

you have 0, .85, 1.75 and 2.5in of lift settings.

But yes you can just lift the front n leave the rear... you will need an alignment either way. You will also need an alignment after you lift just the rear as your caster angle will change.

You won't NEED an alignment after you do just the rear, but its possible it will change a little bit

would it look weird doing a 1.75 up front? I'm putting on 265/70/17s after the lift. I should've went 285's but i bought the tires before I came across the 5100s :p

I had 265's on with billies set at 1.75, but also had a rear lift.

Nobody can tell you the answer you want.

Get a tape measure, go outside and measure your own truck and see what the height difference is between front and rear. Then you'll see what you can do to the front and what you can't.

I have my taco with the front Bilstein 5100's at 2.5 in of lift, with the stock spring, and the 285/70/R17 and I have to install wheel spacers at 1.25in to avoid rubbing the uca, but need a little trim in the rear of the fender flares, at this point I haven't done yet, because of work.
I forgot to mention I have the stock rear suspension, in the near future I will install aal at 1.5 in I guess...

Looks good from what I can tell of this angle. Are the spacers due to the 285 tire? I'm gonna be running 265's for now. With that much of a front lift + stock rear, it doesn't feel/look weird - hard to accurately tell from this angle
