You can use your stock front coils.

You can put a spacer on the drivers side to combat the lean.

The add a leaf is necessary because the rear shocks don't provide lift on their own like the front shocks do.

Wondering if anyone has installed 5100s only on the front and leave the back stock to get rid of the factory rake? If so, how’d it turn out?

I thought the spacer for lean was only needed with aftermarket springs.... does stock need it too?

no. Stock coils already accommodate for lean. Spacer only needed for aftermarket coils

I kept things on the simple side. I put 265/75R16 K02s on and had Bilstein 5100s installed on all four corners. I had the fronts put on the second clip giving it a slight raise and more of a level look. Between tires and shocks the front came up a little over 1" inch. The back went up the 1/2" inch from the tires. I now have only a 1/2" of Rake which I think looks much better then the factory Rake. There some nice looking Trucks in this Thread!

Looks really good. How did you lift or level out the rear?

    Not true.
My OEM coils are exact same measurement-
13.5" from bottom perch to top plate.

They are same the same length but the driver side is a heavier spring. Toyota knows the driver side is heavier due to driver, fuel tank, and battery and made the driver side coil spring heavier to accommodate this and keep the truck level.

If you reuse the oem coils then there is no problem with lean. Aftermarket coils are the same weight on both sides, so that’s when you get lean.

New Headstrong Bilstein 5100 Kit (HS16BK-1) - OME 888 coils with rear 3 Leaf AAL. Also got new upper control arms. The kit was $1,400 with every thing preassembled. Just need to remove factory and replace new.

I am looking to get the 5100's installed & the Dealer told me that they are all back ordered as production was halted due to Covid...

Anyone have any info to confirm or refute this?

If the dealer can’t get them, then they can’t get them. Shop around, I’m sure you can find some somewhere. Try headstrong off-road

I replaced shocks with 5100s all around. Kept the OEM springs for the front and added RMAS system for the rear.

Try Amazon. I order front a rear at different times. Showed up in less than a week.

I re-used the OEM springs when I upgraded to 5100s. I also added the 1/4" spacer on the drivers side to compensate for the Taco lean. Satisfied with the results.
