I put 5100 ride height adjustable shocks on the front of my 2010 Tacoma a year or so ago. clip is in the middle position. The front now looks great, and despite some other opinions, I am confident that I did indeed feel a ride improvement over the OEM front susp.

Now it appears that the rear sags lower that the front (again, clip in mid position).
What do I need to do to raise the rear to level the truck?

AAL (Add-A-Leaf), new leaf pack, blocks (not recommended by most here), or airbags are few options. All depends on your wants/needs.

    Not much so far
Measure the front and rear height and compare. I just put the 5100s on a couple months ago. Set the front to 1.85" and it was perfectly level. After a couple of weeks the back had sagged and was a half inch lower. I didn't want to do AAL, and have the back up to high so I went with a 1" block. Very happy with the result

Don't use air bags as a permanent lift. I got mine to level when towing a trailer and can confirm they will leak air over time. They are great for temp leveling, but not for permanent situation. I, too, added a one-inch block and it has worked for me. You will need longer u-bolts.
