So a couple of days ago I did a leveling kit on my 05 extended cab. Went will 5100s front and rear, and new toytec coils. I needed about 1.8 inches of lift in front so I went with the second lowest setting on the struts and the could made up the difference. I also went with a 1/4 inch spacer on the drivers side to prevent the "taco lean". Now the side front driver side tire is wearing on something. Here's a couple pics. Alignment is don't and they didn't see anything rubbing but I can see the mark on the tire, feel it and hear it. Anyone have any ideas

Could be hitting UCA when coil compresses. What rims are you using? Also, jack up the front end and shake the #$@@!/? out of that tire/wheel, if it has any play in it back and forth the bearing maybe worn out.

I've got stock wheels. I jacked it up, shook the crap out of it and it's solid. Since I'm not 100% sure where it's rubbing I took a paint pen to the UCA and spindle bugle and few other spots to recheck after some driving. Has anyone ever had this issue? The passenger side is fine and the only difference is the spacer plate that's on the driver side?

I can also hear and feel the rub when I drive. It doesn't matter if I'm going 15 or 55, turning or bumps

Should be able to see where the tire is rubbing. Pull the wheel.

I have a truck rubbing the lower control arm at full crank only on one side. The spindle was tweaked and not visible. Have you "launched" the truck a few times and could it be possible you have a bent component that is being brought to light by your latest upgrade?

Toyota will blame your aftermarket parts and larger than stock tires.
