    Bilstein recommends using stock coils. But a lot of others have used OME coils and have been fine. In my opinion it’s up to you.

    Bilsteins 5100s, 4runner TRD Pro Sema wheels, 285/70/17 Toyo AT3s, Sumo Bump stops, TRD exhaust, ECGS Clamshell bushing, 1/4 shim for the lean and one inch rear block, OEM Pro grill and garnish and TRD Skid plate, TRD CAI, Demon Brackets, Rigid Industries Pro fog lights, OEM Predator step bars, Diode Dynamics LED SL1 high and low beam lights, OEM Roof racks, Clazzio leather heated seats, Remote Start, TRD Pro shift knob, tinted windows, Rockford Fosgate sub and speakers, OEM Puddle lights, OEM tailgate lock, OEM bed mat, LED interior lights, OEM blackout kit for letters, JLT catch can, upgraded 27F toyota True Start battery just to name a few mods.
    You will become very experienced in replacing your sagging coils. Go 5th settings on both sides and add a 1/4 shim for the lean. Worked for me.

    Doing that will have it setting 1" higher in front than the rear

    Just put 5100's on the front (3rd clip setting) with 1/4" driver lean spacer, sitting level on all 4 corners
