I have a 2019 TRD Off-Road and I installed OME 887 coils with 5100's (set to stock notch) and the stem is sitting so high that when I screw down the top nut, it hits the bottom of the stem threads and doesn't compress the shock mount insulator or even the washer. I've had the 5100's installed with stock springs and didn't have a problem.

Also, as you can see from the pics, the upper seat is warped after installing the 1/4in lean spacer, I'm wondering if any one else has seen that before or I messed up the install?IMG_3631.jpg IMG_3632.jpg

Looks like maybe you forgot the metal washer and rubber bushing beneath the top hat? That washer keeps the shaft from going up too high.

Yeah that’s what I thought but I have it apart now and it all looks like it’s there

No not the stem issue. I fixed the upper seat issue which was that the spring was compressing half of the inner lip of the rubber. As for the stem issue, the top hat and the lower cushion are all there so it doesn't make sense it would sit high. As you can see from I just smacked on a few extra washers on top from my old rear shocks. Whether or not it's a good idea, it works.

I think you're missing the dust boot collar. If you decide to not run the dust boot covers (which is what it looks like in your pics), you still have to use the little collars they mount on to space the bushing washer up the correct amount.

Good catch man. It's unfortunate timing, I just got it re-aligned today. I might try to get away with marking the camber bolt location to avoid another re-align.
