No, they'll be fine. You get different measurements from all vendors for some reasons. I've had one rear wheel in the air numerous times with a 2" aal and 5100s, and it was fine. The shock wasn't the limiting factor.

Awesome. Appreciate it! What's the deciding factor on 1/4" or 1/2" top plate spacer?

1/4 generally goes on the drivers side to compensate for taco lean, and can be used with the regular length studs. 1/2 is generally to get a full 3", and requires longer studs. I have neither on my truck.

Anyone running 285/70/17 with method wheels on this setup? Looking to get the 5100s in front and rear with OME 885s. Wanting to go with a 285/70/17 ridge grappler or ko2. Just curious if anyone had this exact setup.

Thanks fellas. Time to go shopping. I'll be glad to get rid of this spacer lift the previous owner installed.

Also PM @Wheeler's Off-Road Inc for a quote. They were able to beat headstrong by a decent bit for me.

    Thanks Marie,

I'm definitely in the market. Have been looking all over at prices and trying to decide the exact route I want to take.

I'm going to try to purchase in phases so I don't make the wifey mad.

Marie, could you shoot me a quote on just the Bilstein fronts with OME 885x coils, a 1/4" top plate spacer, and preinstalled?

    Thanks!

ok so maby i missed it and have to read back, if i do someone let me know.

But what should my alignment specs be for 5100's with 885's 1/4 inch headstrong off road top spacer and TOTAL CHAOS UCA's.

i wanted to know what my specs should be so once it's installed and i take it somewheres for alignment i know what to tell them so i dont have any problems

Shoot for 0° toe/camber and around 2.5° of caster. Too little caster and your steering will feel twitchy at highway speeds.

3 things. 0° toe, 0° camber, and 2.5°ish caster. Remember this is a ballpark as well, and it's tough for them to get exact numbers. Those are the three main things to worry about with an alignment.

alright cool. ill keep that in mind. anywheres within 1-3 degree of those numbers if cant get exact will be fine correct?
just want to make sure my trucks aligned properly after lift so i dont have any steering/vibration or any other issues.

also will be running the headstrong AAL for the rear if wondering i think i was going to leave the overload leaf in. but really wasnt sure what the best option would be.
no towing or any extra weight will be done/in the rear

Each thing has its own range of numbers that's acceptable. For example, getting 0° toe is extremely easy, so that one can be spot on. For camber, it's around 0.5° in either direction that's fine (going off memory) and for caster, you'll never get too much. For example, on stock UCAs I was only able to get 1.56° caster without sacrificing camber, so I went with it. Steering is a little twitchy that low though. So pretty much get as much as you can, up to 2.5-3°
