Anybody running Bilstein 5100 with OME 885's setup? Opinions, issues, alignment problems? What size tire can I use with this setup if I have 17" rim?

VERY common set up. I've been running it for nearly 60,000 miles now. I got good alignment numbers without changing UCA's. I may be an exception to the rule on that issue, but the truck drives great, handles great, and rides great. No need to tamper with success.

Biggest tire you can run without any rubbing is a 265/75r16 or 17. With some mild trimming you can go to a 285/75r16. (33") It's BETTER if you do a cab mount chop, especially if you go off road and do any flexing. 285/75r17's (34") are an inch taller than the 16" counterpart. You HAVE to do a CMC and some trimming unless you stay on perfectly flat ground...and avoid bumps.

Please explain the cab mount chop? I only do moderate off-roading, my truck stays mostly on the road so I'm not looking for a drastic lift. So 265/75/17 should work with no problem? Did you need a dif drop and center bearing drop with this setup?

I have that set up on my 08 4x4 2.7L. Bought the headstrong dakar kit and was able to fit 275 70 17 KO2's with no rubbing. I also have SPC UCA's though, don't know if that helped with clearance. No diff drop but did have carrier bearing drop. No vibes so far.
