Bilstein 5100's set at 1.75" on stock TRD OR coils up front, Wheelers 3 Leaf HD Progressive AAL w/Bilstein 5100's out back
I think this is my first post on TW but I have been lurking for a while now. I love this forum and my taco!!

Any way, I have a 2010 Double Cab Prerunner with the TRD Off Road package. I have non-TSB rear leafs. Since I am at 59,000 miles, getting the TSB isn't an option. I've ordered a set of 265-75-16 Duratracs and want to go ahead and lift/level. My first option was to do Bilstein 5100s all the way around with OME 884 coils up front and either the Icon or Wheelers 3 leaf progressive AAL in the rear. However, I'm wanting to go a little bit cheaper than that option.

I've read that the Off Road coil springs are too stiff with the Bilsteins set at anything above 1.75 but I can't find many examples at 1.75. If I could use my stock coil springs with the billies at 1.75 and get just a single leaf AAL, it may be plenty.

My overall goal is to get around 1.5-2 inches lift all the way around and to help my rear leaf's out a little for hauling. I don't want to be completely level, so some rake is fine. I'd rather stay under $500 if possible. I'm stumped... Anybody have any suggestions? I've searched and read for about 2 weeks and can't decide which way to go.

    Thanks guys!

Well of course, after posting this, I did another search and found several others running the TRD Off Road coils with the 5100's at 1.75". Best I can tell, it's stiffer than stock but not much different than running a lift spring.

So, that in mind, I think I'm going to order Bilstein 5100's all the way around and the Wheelers 3 leaf progressive AAL. Also will be using my stock off road coils. Should put me just under my $500 budget.
