Hi all, does anyone know if I would be able to fit 285/70 17s on my 2011 4x4 TRD, I used the original springs, I can't remember which setting I have them set on, but i know its not the highest.

What rims you got? If stock rims, you may have to have front wheel spacers to clear the UCA. Then you will have to remove front mud flaps, maybe minor trimming. Also, what setting do you have on the front shocks?

i remember soneone posting that if you try setting them too high using oem springs your ride will suffer since the springs are so compressed, if thats the case i guess i can order up some new springs---any suggestions?

you can drop the 5100s down to the lowest setting, buy some OME springs and be good to go

That'll be close, but I think they'll clear the UCA. And yup, if you want to soften your ride, change out the front springs with the clip on the lowest setting. Marie from @HeadStrong Off-Road will hook you up.
