Ok i have a 15 stock prerunner not trd off road package

Want to run 265 75 16 tires with some aftermarket wheels

Will go off road to hunt but nothing crazy mostly my pavement truck.

From what I've read I would do well with 5100s on the front and rear? What else would I need to get installed? Can anyone point me in right direction from these links? I'll look at wheelers as well just trying to see what all I need.

Was looking at pro comp but have read bad things about them on the forums.

I would wait for the 6112s, bilsteins new products before buying a lift for you. They are supposed to be a lot better then the current bilsteins.

That being said 5100s up front will be fine for you with those tires

to answer the question, "What is everything I need?" We first need to know how much you are wanting to lift and what your budget is.

Would be ok with 2" too if all I needed was 5100s set at like 1.75" for a while. What would be tradeoff of that vs a 3" in terms of cost difference

Think I want to stay under 3" so I don't have to get new Uca as well

You might be best set up with an OME lift. Because you would need a very small spacer to reach 2" with the 5100s at 1.75. If you do bilsteins at 0.85 and eibach coils you'll be right at 2.5" of lift. That's the toytec lift kit and I'm not really sure what the toytec boss lift kit is but it's probably worth looking at. As far as cost difference it just depends on all the parts you want for each setup, you would have to compare that on your own. One thing I will tell you is don't get anything temprary, save up for the one you really want or you'll end up paying more to swap it out. A lot of people do that

5100s with ome springs will ride good I'd go for that but if not get a full ome kit

Bilstein 5100's on all four corners. Front set @ 0 with OME 883x coils. Alcon leaf springs. Viper Alarm. Wet Okole seat covers. WeatherTech Floor liners front and back. Oem Toyota chrome exhaust tip. ARE Shell. America Outlaw Wheels.
I have the 5100's on all 4 corners. Front set at 0 with the 883x OME they gave me just under 2in. on passenger side and around 1 3/4in. on driver side. The ride is awesome ! I wish I would of put the 1/4in. spacer on driver side for the lean. I do love the set up . Just my $ 0.02.

What these guys said. I have never seen an appeal from those full sets, seem overpriced... I would get either 5100s and eibachs or nitro9000s (OME shocks) and 88- series coils. The one benefit from the full set is they come in preassembled, just unbolt, swap, bolt. I had to get mine assembled at a shop and though they did it right, I would much rather have had them shipped to me correctly.

You will have a much nicer ride using OME shocks and coils because for one, the eibachs are stiff enough as it is, and preloading the 5100s to 0.85 will make them stiffer. Meanwhile you have a handful of OME options (883,884,885,886,887) that require no preload.

Its insanely easy to assemble the struts if you simply unbolt the lower control arm, and use a jack to compress the spring using the weight of the truck.

I think this may be the way I want to go. It's cheaper than the kit too. I don't want to get into the uac. Just want a small lift/off road capability and some tires/wheels :D

Yes, the only way to lift the rear is via the leaf pack. That means replacement ($$$) or AAL ($) and I am not sure rear OEM shocks can handle a rear lift.
