    Personally, I'd leave the Billy's at zero and get springs for lift.
    Add, I'd get OME shock/spring combo. Maybe add the taco-lean shim.

    Taking a block out will reduce your lift. Adding 5100's won't do anything for the rear height.

    Stock coils compensate for the lean. Aftermarket coils don't and that's when the spacer is used.

    I've got stock coils, and I had the lean, until I put the spacer in.

    It's subtle, it's only off by +/- 3/4" without it. That's why most people don't notice it.

    You're 4 inches lower up front than in the rear?

    That isn't 5100 territory. I'd go with some lift coils.

    Probably an 885 or 886 with your bumper and winch. Would be around 3 inches of lift.
